We offer process serving and legal courier services throughout the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario.  Our process servers regularly serve documents onto law firms, government agencies, individual members of the public, major corporations, and small businesses. All services guarantee an affidavit sworn by a duly-appointed Commissioner of Oaths. Notarized affidavits are also available for an additional fee.

At SPS we believe that every serve should be treated as urgent and with the utmost care. Each standard  service comes with two (2) attempts, and RUSH fees apply for any serve that must be attempted on same day we receive it, while UBER RUSH fees apply to any same-day service received after 12 PM EST.

Like most companies in our industry, we do charge a fee for mileage. Our set amount is $1.30/KM. The distance is always calculated from our office in downtown Toronto to the location of service, and you only pay one-way (no return fee). For serves less than four kilometers from our office, you pay no mileage whatsoever.

We offer court filings and in-person attendances s at the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, Family Court, Estates Court, Federal Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and Small Claims Court. Our standard service area encompasses a radius of nearly 100 km surrounding the Greater Toronto Area, stretching all the way from Niagara Falls in the south to Barrie in the North. 

A list of major cities and courthouses we regularly attend includes Toronto, Brampton, Newmarket, Milton, Richmond Hill, Oshawa, Hamilton, Burlington, Barrie, Orangeville, St, Catharines, Guelph, Brantford, and more! 

SPS also offers Electronic Filing and management level monitoring services for online submissions. Our team can organize and upload your filings directly to the court and pay any fees on your behalf. This remains our best value for clients looking to save on legal expenses!

 Let us conduct due-diligence for you, anywhere in Ontario. SPS can search for Civil, Family Law, Federal, Bankruptcy, Archived and Class Actions in all jurisdictions to aid in the process of filing court documents, obtaining court endorsements and obtaining precedent information for use in motions and court proceedings. 

In addition, we are also authorized by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) to conduct searches in relation to legal proceedings and investigations. If you need to track down hard-to-find litigants or confirm the ownership of a vehicle, SPS can help. We are also an authorized Teraview user capable of performing land title and writ searches across the Province of Ontario.

We will copy pleadings, endorsements and decisions from files at all levels of the judicial system. Copies are digitized and shared with you electronically when available. We offer service flexibility for faster response times, and disburse court fees on your behalf. Volume-based rates are available.
